Description

The GST Intelligent Dual Heat Detector (model DI-9103E or I-9103) is an addressable fire alarm device that combines both fixed temperature and rate-of-rise heat detection in a single sensor. It is ideal for environments where smoke detectors are unsuitable, such as kitchens, boiler rooms, and car parks.

Dual Detection Method: Monitors for a rapid rise in temperature (rate-of-rise detection, typically 3°C per minute) and a fixed temperature threshold (typically 58°C or 135°F), providing a fast and reliable response to various fire conditions.
Intelligent Processing: Features a built-in microprocessor that processes signals using intelligent algorithms, helping to distinguish between genuine fires and normal environmental changes, thereby reducing false alarms.
Addressing: The device is electronically addressable, and its unique address is programmed in the field using a handheld programmer (P-9910B), allowing for precise location identification within the fire alarm system.
