Description

The PIMA RXN-416 LED Keypad is a 16-zone LED control keypad designed for the PIMA Hunter-Pro series intruder alarm control panels. Unlike LCD keypads that use text displays, this keypad provides system status and zone information using a series of red and green light-emitting diodes.

Zone Indication: The primary function is the clear display of the status of up to 16 zones using dedicated LEDs (e.g., a lit red LED for an armed or alarmed zone, a lit green LED for a ready/open zone).
System Status Indicators: In addition to zone lights, the keypad features dedicated LEDs for essential system status information:
- Arm: Indicates if the system or a partition is armed.
- Ready: Indicates if the system is ready to be armed.
- Fault: Indicates a system trouble, such as a power failure or a technical error.
- Alert: Indicates an active alarm or memory of an alarm.
Tactile Keypad: Features a full set of durable silicon-rubber buttons with backlighting for reliable operation in low-light conditions.
Audible Alerts: Includes a built-in buzzer for providing audible feedback for system events, entry/exit delays, and alarms.
Connectivity: Connects to the main control panel via the 4-wire PIMA “SecuBus” data line, simplifying wiring and installation.
